Certified IP diligence

Diligence your counterparty can check.

Verified by the reader, not by us.

Foster Rx assesses intellectual property and the deals attached to it, then signs the result. Your counterparty opens a link and verifies it themselves — no account, no fee, and nothing of ours in the path.

The problem

Analysis is cheap. Trust is expensive.

You send a valuation. The other side discounts it — not because it is wrong, but because they cannot check it. That discount is priced into every negotiation you enter, and machine-generated analysis is making it worse: more output, none of it signed, none of it anyone's responsibility.

See it

Three screens do most of the work.

A decision queue, not a dashboard

Your portfolio sorted by the decision that falls first — fee windows, prosecution clocks, responses due. Coverage travels with every row, so nothing is triaged against an unknown evidence base.

  • Every material event resolves to a signed change or a logged dismissal
  • Nothing is scored or ranked by importance
  • An unassessed asset says so

A decision queue, not a dashboard - positions ordered by the decision that falls first

A band with conditions, and the ask marked on it

Valuation is never a point estimate. It is a range against the derived value distribution for the domain, with its conditions enumerated and the asking price marked as a negotiating position rather than a verdict.

  • Right-skewed distributions, so mean-anchored comparables overstate the median asset
  • Every gap rendered with an explanation, never filled
  • No certificate means no relation — the interface shows an em dash, never a default

Ask anything — and always know which answer counts

ANGIS answers instantly from the same records and the same methodologies, labelled unreviewed. When an answer has to count, send it for review: a named reviewer signs it and it issues as a certificate at a verifiable address.

  • An unreviewed answer is structurally unable to carry a seal
  • The label is architecture, not a disclaimer someone remembered to add

The same question answered twice - analytical unreviewed, certified and signed

The platform

One engine. Two ways in.

Which view a client sees is configuration, not a different product. An assessment is produced by the same machinery whichever side of the table you sit on.

Underneath both sits the platform — how an assessment is produced and reviewed — and ANGIS, the in-product assistant whose answers arrive labelled unreviewed until a signed certificate stands behind them.

Honest by construction

Every gap is rendered. None is filled.

A diligence review covers twenty-five sections. Sections with nothing behind them are shown as such, with an explanation — the stated gap is often the most valuable line in the document.

Coverage never reads as provenance. Twenty-five complete sections is not a certification, and the two are never merged.

When we are wrong, we sign the correction. A superseding certificate is issued and the original stays verifiable. An attestation you can quietly delete was never an attestation.

Inside a certified assessment

Seven parts. Twenty-five sections. Every gap stated.

Every certified assessment follows a ratified architecture, and every statement in one is classified by what stands behind it. Four conventions govern the whole document; the full part-by-part architecture ships in the specimen, not here.

Certificate record

Reproduced exactly as recorded from a signed source. Never paraphrased, never improved on.

Computed

Arithmetic over enumerated inputs, recomputable by anyone holding the same record. The computation is named.

Analytical

Reviewer synthesis, attributed and signed. Analysis is never presented as record.

Stated absence

Where the record supports nothing, the section says so and stays empty. A gap is rendered, never filled.

Request the specimen

A watermarked specimen of the full template — the complete section architecture and the honest-empty rendering included. Tell us who you are and the download opens; the same message reaches us so we can follow up properly. Handled under our privacy policy.

Let's talk

Bring us one asset with a live counterparty conversation.

We will certify it. Then send it to the person who was going to doubt you — that is the only test that matters, and it is the one we built for.
