Capital Rx
You deploy against it.
See the ask against the evidence.
Pipeline sorted by decision due, the asking price plotted against a certified band, and an evidence map that states its gaps instead of filling them.
Who it is for
Anyone whose committee asks how you know.
Funds & family offices
Diligence you can put in front of an investment committee, with the evidence base stated rather than implied.
Corporate development
An external assessment that survives internal challenge, and that the seller's counsel can verify independently.
Advisories
Client profiles under your own chrome, each scoped to its own book. Cross-client work stays separated by construction.
What it does
The ask is a position, not a verdict.
Ask against band
The certified band is a percentile range of the domain's value distribution. The ask is marked on it. Because these distributions are right-skewed, mean-anchored comparables overstate the median asset by construction — which is exactly the argument your counterparty will make in reverse.
- No certificate means no relation — the interface shows an em dash and never a default
- Conditions are enumerated and travel with the band

Evidence mapped across twenty-five sections
Each section carries one of four states, enforced in the schema. A section with nothing behind it renders with its explanation. An empty section is never a favourable section.

Exposure on held positions
Events against what you already hold, resolving to certified deltas. The same discipline as the pipeline: nothing scored, nothing ranked by importance, dismissals logged rather than removed.
