Who stands behind it.

A certificate is only worth what the person who signed it is worth. So this page exists, and it is specific.

The review signature on every certificate is hers.

Clinical operations across oncology, gastroenterology, dermatology and rheumatology at a global pharmaceutical sponsor, running study sites and the evidence trails that regulators read. Before that, federal research service and graduate research at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where the thesis work concerned maternal stress and in-utero disease programming. The through line is documentary discipline: what a claim rests on, who checked it, and whether the record survives someone reading it adversarially years later. Read the thesis →

Why this exists

The same asset, described three ways, and nobody could check any of them.

In clinical operations you learn that the difference between a finding and an assertion is the trail behind it — and that regulators are the only readers who consistently demand one. Everywhere else in the life-sciences transaction chain, valuations and diligence memos and IP positions travel with no trail at all, and the reader responds the only way they can: by discounting.

Foster Rx is the attempt to give that reader something better than a discount. Not a better opinion — a checkable one.

How we work

Three commitments that constrain the business

We publish what we have not validated

The methodology registry carries a validation status for every method, including the ones still pending. Selective publication would make the validated ones worthless.

We record what we do not transmit

Calibration is measured over every assessment produced, not only the ones a client chose to send. An attestation business that records only favourable results is not one.

The reader never pays

Verification is free and permanent, with no account. The sender pays; the reader checks. That asymmetry is published policy rather than a promotion.

Methods

Developed with a research partner, and going to peer review.

Causal and quasi-experimental evaluation methods are developed jointly with an academic research partner rather than held as a black box, and are routed to peer review. No methodology is validated only by the people who wrote it: a second unaffiliated reviewer sits behind the registry, and affiliations are disclosed in the model card rather than discovered in diligence.

The commercial thesis has been pressure-tested through the Harvard Business School Foundry programme, where the argument was put in front of people paid to find the hole in it.
