The transmitting intermediary
An organisation whose work already travels to third parties — brokers, advisors, matchmakers. They test whether a certificate survives contact with a reader who has no relationship with us.
Founding cohort · closes 31 October 2026
Three roles. Published criteria. One bounded window.
Founding partners set the first methodology priorities, keep case-study rights over their own engagements, and hold early-access timing on everything that follows. Selection is by role rather than by prestige, and the criteria are published below so that a decline is as legible as an acceptance.
The three roles
Each role exists to test a different claim the platform makes. A cohort of three similar organisations would test one claim three times.
An organisation whose work already travels to third parties — brokers, advisors, matchmakers. They test whether a certificate survives contact with a reader who has no relationship with us.
A university, academic medical centre or institute with more disclosures than it can deeply evaluate. They test whether triage against decision clocks changes what actually gets worked on.
An organisation whose IP positions are read by auditors, regulators or investment committees. They test whether stated gaps hold up when someone is paid to find them.
What a founding partner gets
Which assessments we build next, and in which order. Founding partners are consulted before the roadmap moves, and their stated needs are recorded in the register.
You may publish, cite or withhold your own results. We publish nothing about your engagement without written agreement.
Platform access on 1 October and freedom-to-operate analysis on 1 November open to the cohort first.
The person whose name appears on your certificate is the person you talk to. There is no account layer between you and the review.
What we ask
A family or asset with a counterparty conversation already underway — the place where a stated valuation is about to be argued with. Not your easiest case.
Forty-five minutes to establish what a useful answer would contain, and whatever record you already hold. We add nothing to your disclosure burden.
That is the only test that matters, and it is the one we built for. Tell us what they said — including if it did not help.
A decline is a finding too. If the assessment does not support your position, you learn it from us privately before you learn it across a table. Transmission is always your decision, and every assessment is recorded either way.
Founding cohort
Deliberately small, so that early partners shape what ships rather than receiving what shipped.
